We want you to love your pieces as much as we loved picking them. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.

Our 14-Day Guarantee

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original boutique packaging.

Important: Hygiene Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings. This ensures every customer receives a 100% fresh and safe pair of earrings.

We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or items marked as "Sale."

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us: Email lellyandlou@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Review: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Send it back: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

  4. Return cost: We do not cover the costs of any return items unless faulty.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives through your letterbox! If a piece is damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us at lellyandlou@gmail.com immediately so we can make it right for you.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.Â
