We know you’re excited to receive your new jewellery! As a family-run boutique, we handle every order ourselves with care and aim to get your sparkle to you as quickly as possible.

1. Dispatch Times ⏱️

• Fast Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.

• Launch Weeks: Due to high demand during our new collection launches, please allow 1–2 working days for us to hand-prepare your order.

• Bank Holidays: Please note that orders placed during bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

2. UK Shipping Options 🚚

We use Royal Mail to ensure your jewellery arrives safely:

• Standard Tracked Delivery (2-3 working days): £4.99 (or FREE on orders over £39.99).

3. Letterbox Friendly Packaging 🎁

No need to wait in for the postie! Our signature packaging is designed to be Letterbox Friendly, meaning your delivery will be waiting for you safely on your doormat when you get home.

4. Tracking Your Order ✨

Once we have packed your order, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your pieces every step of the way.

5. International Shipping 🌍

At this time, we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand to our international friends very soon!
